A plan made for you
A programme written around your goals, your body and your week, not a template from an app.
Personal training · Bromley
Most people think results need a 1-to-1 personal trainer. Then they see what two or three sessions a week costs, and either never start or stop after a month. There’s a better way to get what a trainer actually gives you.

What a trainer really gives you
Strip personal training back and it comes down to three things. A 1-to-1 trainer covers the first two for an hour at a time. The third, the one that decides most results, mostly happens when they aren’t there.
A programme written around your goals, your body and your week, not a template from an app.
Someone watching your form, choosing the weight and moving you on when you’re ready.
There are 168 hours in a week. Food, sleep and turning up again happen in the other 165, and that’s where most people stall.

How it works
You start with an assessment. Your coach writes a programme for your goals, your level and the time you have.
Upper, Lower and Strength sessions with no more than four per coach. Nobody does the same workout. How small group PT works.
Zsófia, our head coach, checks in on your food, sleep and habits between sessions, and adjusts the plan when life gets in the way.
