What’s in the suite

Heat and cold, in one place

Use the sauna after a session, the ice bath after a hard one, or both on a rest day. Either way it’s a few steps from the floor, so recovery becomes part of your routine rather than a separate trip.

Finnish sauna

A traditional Finnish sauna running at 85–90°C, with room for up to five people at a time.

Dual-thermal ice bath

A Temperd ice bath that can run hot or cold. It is set to 6°C as standard, and the range runs from 0°C to 40°C.

Included with Club

The sauna and ice bath are part of Club membership at no extra cost. Non-members are welcome to use the suite too; ask the team how.

Your first visit

A five-minute induction, then it’s yours

Before your first session, a member of the team takes you through the suite and you complete a short PAR-Q health questionnaire. It takes about five minutes. After that you can use the sauna and ice bath whenever you’re in.

There’s no booking system for the suite: you just turn up. The suite is open weekdays 6am–8pm and weekends 8am–5pm. Two sessions a week are women-only: Wednesday 4pm–8pm and Thursday 6am–10am. Every other time is open to everyone.
